Popular novel makes its film debut on Friday

A very popular novel, Sarah’s Key, has been transformed to the big screen and will arrive in the Upstate at the Regal Cherrydale and Regal Westgate Mall Cinemas on Friday, Sept. 30.

Starring Kristen Scott Thomas, the film  set in modern-day Paris, tells the story of a journalist who finds her life becoming entwined with a young girl whose family was torn apart during the notorious Vel’ d’Hiv Roundup in 1942.
